FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds
Gym Factory Outlet manufactures your products on demand, this means after 3 days your products will be in production, however if you contact us as soon as possible, if your products are not in production, we can change the order or refund/credit that part of the order.
Returns due to you changing your mind are not possible as it is very costly to send products back to our factory. If we provide the wrong product we will of course refund or replace. If the product if faulty, we will discuss refunding or repairing the product.
Each piece of kit in our catalogue has undergone rigorous testing. Each product produced by our factory or our manufacturing partners undergoes inspection at various stages of the production process to your equipment is the very best.
